Conflict is inevitable.  Everyone has their own perceptions and perspectives on the world around them.  As an individual, your ability to effectively manage conflict is one of the most important skills you must possess to be an effective leader.  Conflict can be very constructive and a positive experience if it is managed properly.  This dynamic course includes pre-work, in session assessments, and real world role playing exercises to rapidly infuse the students with the tools and techniques to effectively manage conflict in the workplace and their everyday lives.  Subjects covered during this course include:

This class is conducted in a workshop format focusing on skills and techniques that can be applied immediately to the work environment. Realistic simulations are used throughout the workshop.
