PMLG originated in Los Angeles, California in 1990 as SAGE Consulting and in 1998, became Project Management Leadership Group, Inc.

Founded by Bill Stewart, a pioneer of the project office concept and 30-year project management veteran, PMLG is headquartered in Atlanta and has offices throughout the U.S. and internationally. International locations include Greece, England, Australia, Canada and Germany with more expansion to take place. PMLG is a PMI Global Charter Registered Education Provider and is IACET approved.
