Microsoft Project 2002 & 2003 Training
Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2003 is a performance based training class which will provide you with the skills needed to master project scheduling using Microsoft Project. This course is designed to develop your scheduling skills through a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises.
During class, you will create a project schedule to help you learn and practice essential scheduling techniques to allow you to track your projects effectively and efficiently.
At the end of this course, you will be able to utilize Microsoft Project in order to:
- Speed up decision making
- Manage and track individual resources throughout the project
- Maintain historical records on a project and its progress
- Maintain consistency for project scheduling and tracking across the entire organization
- Report directly from data in the schedule
- Report schedule status to all levels of management
- Manage and combine information from multiple projects
Prerequisites:
This course is intended for project managers, project leaders or any individual who needs to plan, track and analyze project data in Microsoft Project. They should be trained in project management principles knowledge.
To ensure that students receive maximum coaching and mentoring, the onsite tool training classes are limited to 12 students.
