DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n \nAs a project or program manager\, it is critical that you possess the skills and experience to effectively communicate and negotiate with sponsors\, stakeholders\, and other leaders across the organization.  They depend on accurate and timely decision support information from you to make both strategic and tactical decisions. Understanding the right amount of information to share\,  how\,  and how often to share is important.  You have a plethora of information at your fingertips.  How do you know what is the right amount and type of information to convey?  How do you communicate issues\, and develop and offer alternate plans?  How do you effectively negotiate for more resources and/or funding?  Changes in dates?  How do you know when to escalate information and to whom?
